May: Walk More!

Now that the weather is improving it's a great time to start swapping car journeys for walking! Whether it's walking to the train station instead of getting a taxi or strolling to the local shops instead of driving, walking is a really simple way to reduce your footprint and get your daily steps in! Walking can also be great for our mental health and a way to catch up with friends.
